The relation map between Databases.
We tried to show the relation map between all Databases in the Integbio Database Catalog.
Sentence of the each "Database description" was applied to the Morphological analysis using an original dictionary based on the "JST thesaurus for terms of Science and Technology", and terms from the results and tags were used to calculate similarity between databases.
Current map is a trial version (only Japanese) using information of 1,597 databases. We will improve it.
