| Database description: | CancerSEA provides an atlas of cancer single-cell functional states and associates protein-coding genes (PCGs) and lncRNAs with these functional states at single-cell level. Single-cell RNA-Seq datasets were manually curated with 14 cancer-related functional states. Users can search a gene (list) for the associated functional states or search functional state for the related PCG/lncRNA repertoires. All data in CancerSEA can be downloaded. |
