RECOG is a workbench software program using the MBGD (Microbial Genome Database for Comparative Analysis) data, which is used to conduct comparative genome analyses on a massive scale. RECOG is dedicated client software program that is available immediately after connecting to the MBGD server. Meanwhile, the analysis of newly determined microbial genomes, eukaryotic genomes, etc. that are not included in the MBGD can also be conducted in a local environment. | |
