International HapMap Project is a database of genes associated with human disease and response to pharmaceuticals. It contains genotypes, frequencies, linkage disequilibrium properties, phasing data, allocated SNPs, recombination rates and hotspot, SNP assays, perlegen amplicons, raw data, inferred genotypes and haplogroups of mitochondrial and chrY. Users are able to use the generic Genome Browser to view HapMap Project data in the context of other genomic features, as well as retrieve genotypes and frequencies for specific genomic regions. In this database, many data, software, and documentation have been made publicly available. | |
