| Database description: | RAvariome is a human genetic variant database for the autoimmune inflammatory disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). This database provides reproducible associations between genetic variants and RA for each geographical ancestry population. A validated list of risk variants is available for use in clinical research, preliminary RA-associated variants can be explored for detailed investigation, and new drug target genes for RA can be discovered. Services provided by this database include an overview of RA with genetic and environmental information, hot variants with RA-associated risk, all previously published association signals and individual genetic RA risk prediction. |
