MiFuP Safety is a free web application that can assess whether a given microbe has any hazardous property based on its genome information. The system automatically identifies genes associated with potentially harmful functions, such as toxin production and antibiotic resistance, in given sequence(s), and quickly provides information on potential hazardous properties of the microbe. MiFuP Safety can take either nucleotide or protein sequence in FASTA format. | |
