| Database description: | MeKO is a database of metabolomic data for Arabidopsis thaliana. It contains profiling data of metabolites in 50 Arabidopsis mutants, using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC-MS). It allows to browse using a mutants list. Non-processed data, including chromatograms, mass spectra, and experimental metadata, follow the guidelines set by Metabolomics Standards Initiative (MSI) and are downloadable freely. |
