DGIdb is a database about drug-gene interactions and the druggable genome. It collects and integrates drug-gene interactions and gene druggability information from papers, databases and web resources, such as DrugBank, PharmGKB, ChEMBL, Drug Target Commons, TTD, and others, using a combination of expert curation and text-mining. It consists of gene records for gene details, drug records for drug details and Interaction records for interaction of the genes and drugs. Users can enter a list of genes to retrieve all known or potentially druggable genes in that list. Results can be filtered by source, interaction type, or gene category. | |
