MoG+: Mouse genome database with high added value

MoG+ is a mouse genome database which shows mouse genomic variation visually to compare inbred mouse strains established in Japan (JF1/Ms etc.) to frequently used classical inbred strain such as C57BL/6J (whose genome is predominantly derived from the West European subspecies M. m. domesticus). It provides genome polymorphism information, such as single-nucleotide polymorphisms and short insertions and deletions in the genomes. This is a successor database of NIG_MoG2 (NIG Mouse Genome Database) that had been maintained by the Genetic Informatics Laboratory in the National Institute of Genetics. | |
