PHIS is an ontology-driven open source information system designed for plant phenomics. It allows assembling a number of datasets from different installations in controlled and field conditions (including phenotypic, environmental and contextual information), resulting in information that can be reused and reanalyzed. PHIS is accessed through an interactive web user interface after guest login, and also through a web service API. | |
