VnD is a integrated database of the trilateral relationship among genomic variations, human diseases, and drugs. This database provides information about conformational changes and mutant proteins from drug-related genes, and structural and biochemical properties relevant to drug binding. VnD includes: (1) disease-related gene records and genetic variation records, which systematically integrated various resources (2) conformational changes in wild-type and mutant proteins from drug-related genes (3) the structural and biochemical properties relevant to drug binding such as the distribution of SNPs in proximal protein pockets, thermo-chemical stability, interactions with drugs and physico-chemical properties | |
