J-phenome is a portal for phenotype databases of model organisms, in cooperation with various Japanese projects to reveal the relation between phenotypes and gene functions. It contains phenotype data standardized across species using RDF, and is open to the public in the biomedical studies and innovations. This database was developed as a project of Database Integration Coordination Program in NBDC. | |
