COMBREX: COMputational BRidge to Experiments
Boston University | |
United States | |
COMBREX is a database of experimentally determined and computationally predicted functions for bacterial and archaeal genomes. This database presently consists of genes from over 1000 completely sequenced bacterial and archaeal genomes, supplemented with a number of individual genes whose biochemical function has been experimentally determined. The genes are organized into sequence-similar and likely isofunctional groups determined by NCBI, referred to as Protein Clusters. | |
