| Database description: | Aphidbase 2.1 is a database containing information collected in a study of the genomes of aphids. An aphidbase blast server is available, as well as GBrowse, from which information on the assembly of the genome of A. pisum may be collected. The apollo-aphidbase2.gnlp may also be accessed and downloaded. Several links lead to associated databases as follows: PhylomeDB opens up a database of collections of gene phylogenies (phylomes). AcypiCyc leads to a database of the metabolic pathways of A. pisum. GO gives access to the Chado Term Hierarchy Report. Galaxy leads to a database, which can be accessed only by logging in with a registered e-mail address and password. |
