| Database description: | MassBank is a high-resolution mass spectral database that involves the JST-BIRD project, and was developed by the Institute for Advanced Biosciences, Keio University (IAB) Analytical Chemistry Group, and the RIKEN Plant Science Center (PSC) Metabolomics Research Group. MassBank is used to search chemical compounds that have been detected by mass spectrometry for chemical identification, structure detail, similar spectrum search, etc. MassBank was recognized as the official mass spectral database of the Mass Spectrometry Society of Japan in 2008. It also contains the results of the NEDO project. |
