| Database description: | This is a database of N-glycoproteins providing knowledge found by studying C.elegans N2 and glycoproteins found in mouse liver tissue. The list contains protein (gene) ID, protein name, glycosylated sites and lectins types used in the process of capturing glycopeptides. The method used to collect data is described and explained. Keyword search and advanced search options are provided whereby a single word may be entered, or a variety of known information about the researched object may be entered. Several gants making the research possible are acknowledged in the main body of the overview as are the laboratories that collected and supplied the data. |
